Holiday Closure Notice and Delivery Deadlines
With the festive season quickly approaching, we wanted to give you notice of our holiday closure dates and delivery deadlines. This information is designed to help you plan ahead where possible, ensuring your orders are processed and received on time.
Key Holiday Dates:
- Last Day of Trading: Wednesday 24 December 2025 (Open until 12:00pm)
- Reopening Date: Friday 2 January 2026
- Our offices will be closed during this period, with normal business operations resuming on Friday 2 January 2026.
Final Order Dates for Pre-Holiday Delivery:
To guarantee delivery before our holiday closure, please ensure to place your orders by the following dates:
United Kingdom
- Manufactured Items: Place orders by Friday 28 November 2025
- Stock Items: Place orders by Friday 19 December 2025
International
- Stock Items: Place orders by Monday 15 December 2025
Fast-Track Service for UK & International Orders
- All Items: Place orders by Friday 12 December 2025

Shipping Notes:
- Orders will continue to be despatched up until Tuesday 23 December 2025 for both International and UK orders.
- We’ll be despatching orders on Monday 29 December 2025 and Tuesday 30 December 2025 that were processed before our holiday closure.
- Any orders sent to us close to or during our closure will likely be processed and despatched when we return in January 2026.
Please keep in mind that orders placed close to these dates above may experience delivery delays, and arrival may occur later than expected. We highly recommend ordering early where possible to avoid the rush and ensure timely service.
